Today, Creative Property Investors operates a rent-to-rent portfolio and manages a portfolio of HMOs for time-starved landlords, providing well-managed HMOs for professional tenants. We also own a portfolio of buy-to-let and serviced accommodation properties. Creative Living Rooms is our serviced accommodation brand, and Ready to Let is our dedicated property set-up service.
